For some time already, Ian has been asking to go movie and the last we thot we might watch the last movie then but today we had another opportunity coz daddy went to apply Discovery Ctr pass thinking we could catch Cars but the show is no longer showing there so we were going to watch smurf but before that we had some time to kill so we drop by IMM for some shopping of stuff (seem never ending!) and Ian had his fun at the hopscotch which we haven't visit the place for some time already!
then we had some cooling ice cream at Andersens' of Denmark hhmmm just feeling too hot under the weather with the haze ard but the boy was most happy with his 4.5 yo bday ice cream treat as if we owe him huh....anw who does he look more alike in the pic???
Think he truly looks like his daddy in this pic hhahaa somehow they just look so like father and son huh esp the love for chocolate and ice cream hhmmm
Yes, we finally got to the discovery ctr for the show and it was packed with pple already....hhmm wonder why so many pple come here for movie?? Issit coz they got coy pass too??? Anw we were quite pleasantly surprised they have glasses for kids already coz we rem we had to make do with HUGE 3D glasses for Ian the last times we came....this fit really well on him tho he wasn't too keen after some time coz he din understand why wear glasses when the theatre is so dark already hhhaaaa
Well he did enjoy the show altho he was afraid of the bad guy from time to time and would cover his eyes and ask to go, yet he loved the smurfs and their singing and guess he knows the characters better and knowing his papa smurf is the hero, he seemed to love his figurine more altho he also likes the smurfette....sigh wonder why this love for gals hahhaa quite a gd show for us to catch to rekindle the 'kids memories' we have when we watch the cartoon when we were younger and now we are watching with our little kid hhhmm
And after the show, Ian just had to visit his 'robot friend' in the ctr which is the Junior George, we had to scout for him hhahaaa coz they changed him apparently and he got upgraded....now he seems so sophisticated coz he is barely 1 yo and he could talk so well...this time was real interactive as in he could sense pple ard and have eye contact and even asked for ur name and rem Ian's name and asking why he isn't talking to him hhahaaa and Ian was totally stunned by the intelligence of the new friend and was so shy thru out...well daddy believed there must be a person operating the robot coz he seemed too smart to be an ordinary robot but well hhmm who will know the mystery??? Anw we had a gd day out as a family of 3 and this must be the last 3D show we are watching before we could all catch it together again!
