Visit to the zoo

It's been a long while since we went to zoo but Ian's going there w his school next fri so tdy was a preview. Well tdy we were surprised w such a bright sunshine morning n saw a whole crowd of pple at the zoo. Guess it's mar hols so everyone is out to seize the break!

We started w frozen tuncan which was a revamped polar bear place n was really cool. Yes not only the climate but the Inuka bear as we saw him swim n flip in water. The kids enjoyed the cool air as they explored the igloo n had a Gd time there b4 we ventured to the splash safari n animals friends show. Was kindof nice as the kids r bigger now n Ian was reading all sorts of info given ard. Guess now that he can read, it makes a whole lot of diff. 

We had our usual packed chicken rice n then went for the rainforest fights back show b4 walking ard to see some feeding n of coz giraffe which Joann wanted. The kids requested to go igloo area ard as weather was hot n we were waiting for baboon feeding. The kids were treated to slush on the hot day but we thank God for such fine weather as headed to baboon feeding as a closure to the trip as dark clouds came. Was a super duper Gd trip as we went to the places we intended n baboon feeding was a good finale as the kids enjoyed feeding them. We might just b back again soon!
