As part of the National Day month, just feel like introducing the family members of mine and here are the photos of my family (except for another ah-ba)

Tg Pagar FOOD TRAIL is on =)

On a hot sat noon, daddy and mama decided on a Tg Pagar Food trail as have watched some TV prog featuring on the nice hawker food and so while Ian slept in the pram, we decided to queue for the food. Mama tried to queue for the infamous yong tau foo but while in the queue for 5 mins which din seem to move then decided to switch stall and asked daddy go queue for the renowned economic rice stall which seems to be moving faster hehee...there daddy in the queue and with his satisfied look with the lunch..well the pork chop and fried egg were said to be 'MUST TRY' dish so we tried and true enough its not bad...

While we were tucking into the lunch after daddy queued for 15 mins then Ian woke up....hhmm wondering why we bother to queue so long for a simple lunch heee..u will know when you grow up....

Next we queued for the fav muffins stall but it was pretty fast and we got a box of muffins to share at family dinner tonite...hhmm smells nice and look yummy..don't they?

On way home, Ian could not take it anymore and had a rest in his car seat and even being brought out by daddy, he continued to zzz on daddy's shoulder (as normally he would be awoken at this position) boy...he's tired out by the food trail huh...wish u could enjoy table food with us as well..hhmm let's see if these stalls still remain when u grow up...we will surely bring u there!

Ian kenna bug attack!

Dunno where and when Ian kenna biten by bug...there are 3 'bites' on his left thigh, 2 on his left elbow and 1 just above his right ear. And yesterday we discovered 2 more on his body...hhmm this bug sure knows who to attack...the innocent and immobile baby just kenna attacked...hhmm well ruled out all possibilities and ended up just wash the bedsheet and quilt...sigh hope the bites will go away coz the last insect Ian gotten on his forehead took some gd days to go away and still there is some 'sign' left behind...

Does Seth and Ian look alike???

While alot of pple commented that Seth and Ian look alike, here is an exact comparison of both on day 167 and don't they look diff?? (maybe I shld take a shot carrying Ian then better comparison hehe) Hhmm guess both boys got their unique features...but its sure both mamas' prayer that these 2 boys grow up to be close and encourage each other on the journey of life...anyway this reminds me that we haven't been back to Sultan Shoal for a long long time...hhmm 'Daddy, when huh??' hehehee

Ian's CCA - dancing in his 'free' time....

Ian has funny positions these days and sometimes he would just stay still at these positions and mama managed to capture 1 of these poses and don't you think it looks like some dancing position hehee....or does it resemble wang fei hong's pose (like wat daddy always teases him for the 'wu ying jiao' after we saw some games which were played at the church camp)

Wk 24 - Ian found his fav sleeping position

This wk, Ian has found his fav sleeping position (very much resembles his daddy...oh oh!!) coz each time we put him on his back, within mins with his eyes still closed, he will gradually get onto tummy position and then sleep face down. Hhmm sigh he is turning even when he is sleeping and since he only knows how to roll on his left, he is getting closer to mama and giving no space for mama to toss...sigh hhmm guess now mama knows what daddy was complaining that Ian was getting too close to him for the past months huh....anyway here is a funny look on Ian's face while he was zzz...both daddy and mama laughed when we saw this funny pose...think he is trying to suck to sleep with a frown..well its easier to pat him to zzz with this position and he tends to feed less at this position, perhaps he's lying on his tummy so he does not feel hungry hahaaa

Day 167 - Ian turns botak AGAIN!!!

We have been thinking of giving a botak shave for Ian again since his hair seems to grow so ssllowwwllyy but been shelving the idea as his head is always with so many scratch marks so won't look nice but on a hot day, we brought him to the salon and shaved him botak again. See these 2 pics, it does not seem there is much diff whether Ian had hair or not...but it is said that frequent trimming can make hair grow faster...so we shall see if Ian's hair grow fast as we got some wedding invitations for Sep and make sure Ian looks nice mah =)

The salon lady actually rem Ian (coz Ian had his 1st shave there too!) and said he looks cuter than ever...coz this smart boy gave her a BIG smile at the end of the cool shave..hhmm this boy sure smiles to any auntie who talks to him huh...

Ian's getting 'disfigured' with his own scratching

If you do see Ian anytime now, you would expect alot of scratches on his forehead, head. face and even in his ears. Its no wonder coz he always try to scratch himself to sleep at nite and only to realise all these scratches in the morning. Sigh...all the compliments for his gd skin has just gone away seeing his scratched face....here is a close up shot of his scratch which looked like a mole on his nose hehee...

Ian's 1st swing ride...

Ian visited gu-gu and gu-zhang yesterday 1st time at their lilydale residence since they came back. And Ian enjoyed his swing ride tremendously as he was fascinated by the swing, the music and the lights. Well gu-gu did offer to loan us Jayla mei mei's swing but we decided not to coz if Ian ever gets addicted to the swing then we will need to become his SWING...aarrgghhh so better for him to sit on it when he gets to vist Junette jie jie and Jayla mei mei. Well this is the 1st swing ride Ian has taken, he sat on there QUIETLY for a gd 10 mins hehee...

Wk 23 - When is tummy tummy time ENOUGH!!!

Eversince a wk ago, when Ian could come on tummy on his own, he has improved so much and keeps on coming to this position...as if he is trying to break some record time...he could do it within 5 secs and this wk he has managed to flip back on his own.

One of the days, he even looked as if he wanna crawl already..keep on moving his legs so that he can move forward...hhmm guess he needs more training....

Now even if Ian is tired...he would still try to be on tummy....rubbing his face, sucking his thumb....and trying real hard to get his head upright again....for a gd 5 mins and rest his head and try again...sometimes we really wonder if he knows when is enough ENOUGH....

He would try his best to suck while he is on tummy and when he is tired...he would rest his hd to zzz....really wonders if baby ever feels bored of doing the same thing again and AGAIN...anyway this is part of growing up..here is a poser shot of Ian hehee....hhmm sometimes wonder when he would be bored of on tummy coz even when he is asleep at nite, he would suddenly come on tummy and check out the room and sometimes cry coz its all pitch dark and he has nothing to check out...arrgghhhh

Ian learning to pray....

Eversince Ian has learnt to be on his tummy, he has tried all sorts of position and this is one of the positions mama loved most. He is perhaps learning to pray....the Lord's Prayer maybe hehe

Anyway he loved to clasp his both hands together and Ah-Gong and Da-yi always disturb him as if he is saying 'Gong-xi, Gong-xi'...abit early but its gd training to greet elders as CNY is 6 months away only =)

Nay....mama still prefers this shot which makes him looks like he is uttering a prayer with his mouth open...sshhh Ian's praying...hhmm for wat I am not sure...perhaps more milk and more shopping hehehe

Ian sends off Uncle Winston at the airport

Ian has been to the Changi Airport for a few times but each time its to send someone off for holidays, just the past Monday, we brought him to airport to send Uncle Winston to Edinburgh for theological studies. Here is a shot with Uncle Winston in his PJ and the jacket (in case he gets cold) but he had too much fun at home and was awake for 4 hrs w/o sleep (he normally can keep awake for 3 hrs max) and here he is sleeping in daddy's arm while sending off....remember to keep Uncle Winston in prayer and who knows...we can meet him in Edinburgh hheee (mama's dream for a return visit to Scotland)

Ian's 1st national day, 1st dip into the pool, 1st visit to Sentosa and stay over at Rasa Sentosa...

Ian turns 5 months old...

Looking at Ian's past 5 months pics and indeed he has changed so so much...from a tiny sleepy baby to a chubby active baby now....here are 2 pics to compare his 'transformation', the 1 month old pic was taken by Uncle Kenneth at his baby shower...what a composed look of Ian huh...while the other is one of the latest pics taken of Ian when he heard the word Mama and was laughing heartily while trying to turn over...

Day 150 - Ian turned on tummy on his own

On the fine nite, when both parents feasting on durians in the living room, Ian was surprisingly quiet in the room (as mama has tried to make him to zzz but was not able to) After mama has finished her 'durian break' and checking on Ian then realised he was happily checking out the dark room on his tummy. Here's a pic of a happy Ian who managed to turned on his tummy on his own...hhmm guess daddy and mama cannot assume that being quiet in the room on his own means Ian is peacefully sleeping....

Ian 'qiong' thru vivo city with many buys....

On a fine Fri....Ian qiong thru Vivo city with mama and ah mu and got rewarded with many buys....he got some clothes from Fox and this boy allowed mama to queue up for doughnuts for 1/2 hr hehee....he was quietly sleeping in the pram...not bad for a doughnut fanatic like mama

Wk 21 - Ian starts to bbbrrrr.....

After weeks of aaaiii.....Ian starts to say Bbbrrr after discovering that he can roll his tongue....he is really learning at abc at such young age huh...here's a pic of him laughing at his fav toy...hhmm wonder wat is he laughing at....

Is this an old pic of daddy or mummy?

Mama explored with her hp and discovered there are diff effects to it and see how the colour can make the pic looks diff and it does really look as if it were taken many yrs ago...no need neo print to take sephia pics already...Ian has gotten them taken huh....see the poses taken by Ian...doesn't he look like some poser hhehee

Wk 21 - Ian is discovering his lips and tongue

This wk, we noticed Ian is sucking his lips and twisting his tongue in his mouth as if he is sucking some candy in his mouth...guess this is a passing phase of discovery of his body parts but sometimes he can suck real loudly as if he is really enjoying some candy....
