Legoland legoland

Yes, this is Ian's request whenever we went msia, even e last trip to Melaka n he was happy to go tdy w his cousins n well request was e roller coaster. It was bad jam there to JB n even long queues in legoland but they weren't put off w long wait. For once, we took time to capture e many art pieces hung along e way to e castle for roller coaster rides while queuing up n they were in time to take e revolving tower w ah Mu n ah baa which was super long queue too.

He took e train ride w mei2 n joy jie2 n then went for bounce Beatle where he screamed so hard tho he has taken it several times. Everywhere was long queue n we soon made our way out for lunch n e mall. A brief visit but it was a fun one they had n we shld come at off peak again

Boxing day....

Ian woke up really chirpy coz it is boxing day n he's been waiting to unwrap his present. N he started w e biggest n was super duper happy to get sylvanian family set with his fav rabbits! He just kept thanking dayi as he unwrapped. What a thankful sight. Went on unwrapping e rest n was so tempted to play everything n ended up chose e Porsche remote control car e daddy bought for him n kept e rest for another day. Well what a merry Christmas for e boy! N indeed it's a time to b thankful for all e love showered on e boy n he can't express n just need thank God for providing family's love

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas to all! Our 5 yo boy has been so looking fwd to Christmas that he will countdown to this day. So much fun n joy to anticipate n all e presents coming in got him more excited but this yr he understands better. E day b4 Christmas is eve, Christmas day is Jesus born n to rem His birth, we celebrate e day n yes, opening Christmas gift is on boxing day.

Yes, e boy has been requesting for gifts n he forgot daddy got him an advance gift which is e scooter. N mama started requesting for gift too n this boy just say he has no $$ n he could only make card n how lovely cards he made or maybe e words written on it. A Christmas to remember our son making cards for us n yes, his daddy got 1 too!

N this special day we celebrate this birth of Christ in church n then having family lunch n then drop by dayi's new pl for housewarming Christmas dinner. What a lovely day....

Music class concert

This being e last lesson for e term n e yr, it will b held as a concert whereby each kid will sing a song n play 2 songs which have been taught in e term. Ian backed out in June coz he couldn't brace himself to sing in front of class n we allowed then coz e songs were abit fast bit n guess we din quite push for it.

Now aft seeing how he has progressed do kindof insisted him to do it n well this term there is an easier song 'sky games' which is relatively easier n he is game for it. He also chose to play 'the cuckoo' n e other song to be played by all was 'sweet dance' which involves 3 chords.

Well it went on alright n him being e only boy in class to perform (coz quite a few went on hols), he was v nervous. Even tho we practiced at home n he was fine but he forgot his rhythm n rushed thru e songs till teacher told him dun b superman wanting to rush. Guess he just wanted to finish it quick. Hmm guess next term is going to b more challenging n well hope he can press on tho we hv thots abt switching him to piano but we shall see. For e time being, Gd job to e boy coz guess I wouldn't hv guts to sing n play in front of so big crowd n he did it! How time flies, it's been a yr of music classes already

Now with po2 staying so near to us, Ian has alot of chances to try some cooking stuff. This hols, he baked cupcakes, did ngoh Hiang wrapping n tdy he tried to do tang yuan. Well it's v much like play doh to them. Sigh making a fool with e fun n having fun just kneading it. Sometimes wonder issit more a hassle to ask him help but well po2 got no complaints so shld b fine. Yes, he kneaded e dough, added coloring n did e shapes tho he tried funny shapes but reminded him it's yuan! Well he tried various methods, even e scooping kind like doing fishball, some innovative way n well it all ended up in our tummies as po2 cooked for family dinner n Ian did eat quite a bit at e end of dinner n wonder he found e tiny n king sizes tang yuan he shaped....

Day out with daddy

Another day that daddy took lve n it was kindof different as mama was gonna meet friends for lunch n Ian was 'excited' abt it as he told mama abt this thing that mama was gonna meet friends n they w go out w daddy. Well they planned go scootering but ended up we did together in morning as weather was Gd so we went fort canning park n was an adventure for e boy haha. It was windy n v nature (ya we saw snake n monkey along e way) n e boy grew tired of scootering upslope n we kindof lost out way haha ya adventure in e city but e boy then broke out of his tiredness n scootered back to our car

Then we swung by raffles city as they having Lego fair but not as much as e last but e boy had Gd time fixing up some Lego, captured some shots n got some good buys then fed Joann as was her lunch time but Ian wasn't hungry yet so he could adjourned for lunch w dinner while mama went for lunch date. It was a Gd couple of hours e 2 kids had w daddy. Yes, e daddy brought e boy to macs n Joann had snacks n then they went shopping tho Joann did poop along e way. What a different experience but was Gd e daddy could handle them both v well. Come to think of it, mama has yet to try shipping w them both hhmm

Well thereaft we went Labrador park for more scootering as morning was bad for Ian haha n he got busy w sand at e playground but his sis enjoyed e sand play too. We then adjourned to ARC to sign Ian for his Chinese class. Yes, another class to add for e new yr. It was a Gd time spent together for e day, in a different way

Zoo trip with mei2

It's been so long since we visited e zoo as we used to go couple of times a yr but with recent visits to msia, we haven't been to e spore zoo for a yr! N well tdy we went n it's been a fun trip. Maybe coz Ian has grown up n he's keen to see more n find out more, it was an enjoyable trip n we learnt our lesson to seize e morning as usually it pours in noon so we weren't caught in e rain. Besides e boy is better w e long distance walking which makes it more enjoyable.

With e shows to catch, we visited several animals b4 we started hopping on animal shows. We saw white tiger, alot fishes n tortoises along e way, pympy hippo, manatees, elephants n orang utans b4 we started on e splash safari show, followed by animal friends show n then rainforest fight back.

It was quite Gd till weather changed aft our lunch n it was a hint for us to go n yes, we left just b4 e heavy downpour came n we intended to visit e panda but decided we shld come another day n e boy was agreeable. Guess there r more animals he wanted to see n feed. Yes, we fed e goats n was so Gd. It's been so long we did feeding n e boy isn't any apprehensive abt it so was totally Gd trip we made tho half day but e other half day we had Gd time pigging out hee yes, eating n shopping. What else can b better than that!

Ian is 5 yrs n 9 mths old

It has been a long mth. Yes, coz Sch hols started n it has been so many activities going on for Ian. This closure of Sch term he got an award for kotcha character fm Sch n well a v much affirmation of his conduct in Sch.

This mth, he had much practice for his scootering as we usually spend e morning downstairs our pl to scooter n he's getting better w his balance. He's enjoying scootering time more.

This mth, we also had more feasting like our recent Melaka trip, e boy was eating n enjoying any food we were having. We went uncle kelvin's pl n he was enjoying e wraps n chicken n well also e Gd time being e big gor2 there. N we went uncle Kenneth's pl to learn bake 'shaking cake' (a cake auntie Salome learnt in Germany) n he loves e cake. Every wkend was packed w meet ups n more to come in dec.

Wkdays were alot time spent w po2 n ah gong as now they r so near us so Ian had several stayover at their pl n they still love his company tho getting more mischievous hmm n while his time back home, he's certainly learning to share w mei2, help look aft her n be quiet during her nap so he gets his hands on Lego n he loves it, see e 2 girls Lego he made in e pic. Well he's halfway thru his hols n time really flies coz soon he will b back in Sch as k2 hmm treasure e time of leisure now

Children's camp 6-8 Dec 2012

The church which Ian goes for kindergarten has this annual children's camp n this yr Ian is eligible to go as its for kids 5-12 yo n it's a 3 day prog on the theme 'Fruit of the spirit' n we signed him up with his cousins.

He was excited to go n even thot it was a stayover. Nay it's 9-6 for e 3 days n it was v much action packed that tired him out each nite but yet he's so looking fwd each morning. 1st morning he was a little lost coz it was a mix of kids of all ages in his grp 'kindness' n no familiar faces at all but he enjoyed himself when we saw him in e evening. 2nd day he knew his grp so well he followed e leader immediately aft we sent him there n 3rd day he was almost stuck w e grp n din want to mingle w us even (coz there was a tea reception for parents b4 e performance for e closure of camp)

The closure showed us what e kids went thru e 3 days n alot of activities n even outing to bedok reservoir, to dignity kitchen (a pl they performed for the disadvantaged) n they even went to nearby blks to give out fruit. It was a Gd experience for him to b independent n so glad he enjoyed himself n even relating what went on the camp n coming back singing e songs. Just hope the little fruit of e spirit w slowly show in his life!

Melaka getaway

It's been some yrs since we visited Melaka. Just recalled we went there almost yrly when we had Ian n this is e 1st time we brought Joann but Ian enjoyed himself so much he's asking when we r going back again.

Well this time we stayed at holiday inn coz it would b more fun for Joann w e swim n crawling ard e hotel room n we found out there was shuttle svc to e mall n jonker so it worked for us as we just need book e timing n hopped on w our pram. Well swimming pool was our frequently visit pl as it was glorious sun when we stayed there n we all got tanned coming home. Ian loved it w his sister in her float n there was even sand art near e pool so he did that during Joann's nap.

This time, food was a hit for Ian as he loved e hotel's bf, it was buffet every morning. He loved e Peranakan food we had 1st nite, e bei zhan food we always go on 2nd nite n even hawker food we bought at local market on 3rd nite n even e food snacks we got fm jonker. Hmm who is e feaster huh. N we caught a move 'rise of e guardians' n he loved it too. Guess e 4 days were too short to enjoy e town n we shld hit back again coz found more places we shld hv visited

JB fun

Ian has been to po2's pl for stayover this past wk on n off but yest he said he's gotta go home coz daddy is on lve tdy. Yes, din tell him where we were going but he knows it's fun whenever daddy is on lve. We planned to go legoland but weather din look promising so told e kids if rain does come, we gotta run to e mall.

Well surprisingly e rain din get there but it was super duper crowded. Glad we hv been there so e kids know what they want n what they can't get tdy, we could come back again w annual pass so we went right into e pl where there was lesser crowd n yes, e kids went round n round e rides they love which was not crowded yet. This time, e boys wanted to try THE dragon, which was e bigger roller coaster which they saw on tv but we hv yet to visit it. Ian was apprehensive at beginning n even scared b4 e ride but turned out so fine we took it 3 times n e boys tried e 1st row, e last row n even e middle n verdict mama felt was last row was most scary coz it's kindof pull back effect being e last part. Anw e boys loved it n they shld try it next time round but glad it wasn't crowded tdy yet.

Then they went on taking their fav rides n yeah did give up some coz too long waiting time n it was lunch so we went out for lunch n hit e mall for shopping n arcade n also dinner. It was a Gd long day we spent together n well tired n exhausted but e kids really enjoyed themselves n thank God for e Gd weather too!

PSA port tour

Ian has been to daddy's workplace several times but he still got no clues what daddy's work is abt besides knowing e coy name. Tdy as part of e company's 4015 (ie 40 yrs of containerization n 15 yrs of corporatisation) we had this rare opportunity to visit e port!

Yea excited as its half a day program n well 5 yrs ago on Ian's bday we had a glimpse of e port coz it was a family day n they incorporated a short bus ride into brani n tg pagar terminal but well tdy was indepth so much so Ian could b hands on to monitor e crane n even climbed onto a prime mover.

Kudos to e engineering team as it was an interesting tour w even photo snaps of family pic n even Polaroids to bring home hmmm have more insight what daddy's job is abt as we even visited pasir panjang terminal where daddy previously worked! Well Gd port biz PSA is into as we had a 2 hrs tour between 4 terminals. Plus Gd morning weather to really see how e key crane n yard cranes function n it ended w a Gd lunch together hmm saw alot of daddy's colleagues n yes all commented e 2 kids r little Joshuas hee n Joann was having so much fun w uncles n aunties too! Just wonder when we could wear safety vest, helmet n climb onto prime movers again! All thanks to daddy who works in e coy

Ian's yr end party in school

Tdy is e last day in school for e yr n mama contemplated whether to go coz her eye is not 'well' hee n did ask if it's ok not to go coz need ferry mei2 to po2's pl n all, e boy was ok at 1st then later said no coz he got to act in a play.

Well Gd thing we did coz there was a surprise for us (both him n mama) coz e Sch is embarking on this series of inculcating Gd values like obedience, kindness, politeness etc n there was a prize giving for kids who display e values. Each class only 5 r selected n Ian is 1 of the 5 fm his class tho he was given e value 'acceptance' (hmmm need to find out what issit) n well was caught unaware when his name was read out n mama rushed out to capture a shot of him w his principal well 1st time he got an award n so glad we went today haha

N each level had an item to perform n e K1s did e nativity story n Ian is one of e inn keeper to turn Mary n Joseph away. Gd timing to tell e story to e young as e yr end party was on Christmas theme. Well each time it has this Gd feeling whenever we attend his Sch event n shouldn't contemplate to attend anymore of it huh. Well n e boy had a bus ride to po2's pl n he was delighted to b on a double decker n he's at e front seat looking v happy😉 well it's holiday time!!

Happy 70th bday to ah maa!!

Guess it brings delight to ah maa with e whole family coming together for a meal n that was e reason why we spent half day together for this occasion. The kids always find e usual sun dinner too short to play together n tdy they had extended time of play n feast!!

Yes, a potluck of food contribution which was so much we stayed on for dinner too. The kids had snacks n Iicr cream too aft dinner hmm what a way to celebrate huh. The kids had so much fun that could hardly hear a word fm Ian who was playing so happily w his cousins. N yes must b a real tiring day for all as we rest for e public holiday

It's PTC again!!!

Yes parents teacher conference n this time mama was thinking if shld skip future sessions. Reason coz we seem to hear e same fm teachers. Issit e same for every kid haha or coz it's e same teachers so we hear same comments. Anw tdy e Sch is off n daddy is on lve, did think of not bringing Ian coz he's usually shy during e session n v not him but anw he came along coz thot was easier logistically. N well each PTC we see e progress of Joann too hee. Last yr end she was patted to zzz, this may she was sitting on lap n tdy she was crawling n even trying to reach 老师 iPhone hee.

Ok back to Ian, prior to seeing 老师 we saw e English teacher by chance (coz only got time to see form teacher) n teacher Joyce had such Gd comments for Ian such as Gd vocab n could read well, hmm why he can't read books to me hee, n yes participates well in class but shy haha tho she thinks he's not shy. Well then 王老师 echoed almost e same plus complimented his writing v well. Why can't write so well back home huh haha guess its diff when back home. Ya e same comments abt him shy n this time more of his expression of thots so maybe it's e language but he follows instructions v well. Hmm ya so ended up always think its e same so why go PTC well to see his 习字 n indeed he writes well n teacher claims coz they hv longer Chinese class coz her form class n yes, Ian does read better in Chinese bks brought back fm Sch. Is that why? Well just think he's fine but next yr more stuff up with journal n spelling. K2 is coming so so soon. Well b4 it comes better enjoy n yes, we went food for thought at botanical garden which is a pl we heard so much n finally went. Good food n guess its a nice pl to celebrate our son 'promoting' to K2 haha with him indulging in his burger n fries!

Ian is 5 yrs n 8 mths old

This has been quite an eventful mth. It was his Sch concert n he was really excited abt his song n dance n since then he's into dancing when back at home or even in shower hee what a dancer boy we hv n guess its only for us to see!

Then we went legoland for e 1st time as he has been bugging us to go US (yes, e states) just coz he heard pple going there n how fun. Sigh this is what a 5yo boy can request. Well we could bring him to legoland, at least.

Then he also started his swimming class again tho w v much apprehension n 1st lesson almost wanted to back out so need pep talk. Sigh break for some wks due to schedule n weather, wonder if he will back again out.

Then we visited e dentist n yea aft 5 long yrs he finally got persuaded to see 1 coz we got concerns abt his teeth n just need keep praying hmm.

N he got his scooter, ya 1 of those moods to get his an expensive toy coz he has alot of requests each time we visit a toy shop n he knows it's Christmas n bday he can request. He's asking for heelys shoes w skates sigh so much abt his inline skating he's always doing at home but dare not sign up for e class in Sch.

Then he also had his 1st 'pet' haha it's a happy meal toy he got this wk fm po2 but it's one of e toys he really treasure n see e pic he took with it coz he says he wanna show his future wife haha (ya told mama in case u pass on u can't tell it to my wife so I can show. See what plans e boy has!) n yes, certainly lots more fun n mischiefs he has with his sister. This wk he started 'carrying' her, a dangerous act which we r trying to stop but he claims he is strong n e sis is quite thrilled being carried by him. Yes, a certainly long mth had passed n perhaps a longer mth is coming up coz it's Sch hols errrhh mama attempting to bring both kids out on some mornings. Will see how it goes coz it's gonna be a long mth ahead!

Ian's 1st visit to the dentist!

We hv been trying to convince e boy to visit e dentist n yest it was a family affair to e dentist. Aft much prep abt e visit, e boy was still v nervous n almost backed out aft we were told we were 30 mins early.

He was so nervous on e dentist chair n he din like e reclining feeling sigh even much assurance n role play at home. He din wanna open his mouth even but much persuasion n he finally did n was praised by e dentist. Well well just a glance at his teeth took so long n result was his lower 2 teeth which he had them knocked out 2 yrs ago has fragments floating up. We thot was his permanent teeth coming up but nay he might need extraction for e small bits there but we foresee it tough to convince e boy n e dentist told us to monitor n his permanent teeth might push it out, well pray v hard for it to happen else everything else seems fine. Well e sister is the one having fun while waiting for us all to b done. What an 'excursion' n Ian got a killer whale sticker for his 'bravery' haaa

Birthday party....

It's e birthday party of Eden, Ian's classmate n it's at macs. E kids r delighted n rowdy room as e kids made lots of noise. Well e parents just park ourselves outside while e kids ate n had fun. Just went in once in a while to capture e shots. Well din quite capture shots of e games but guess Ian had fun coz he later related it to us. Strange was he couldn't finish e happy meal hmm wonder issit coz anticipated of e fun or pai seh eating in front of friends haha but this shld b e last bday party to close e yr? Some of e parents commented this yr seems to b e yr w most bday party invites....wonder why n yes, Ian came home asking for bday party too. Could it b this reason?

A Christmas gift that came early!

Ever since Ian's scooter has been spoilt, we hv been looking out for scooter for him. Just tossing between 2 or 3 wheels n we saw e micro maxi scooter n it was 3 wheels n thot he could pick up scootering n then hand down to Joann when he's ready for 2 wheel so decided go e bike shop to check out.

Who knows e boy then decided on 2 wheels, e same as his cousins. Is this peer pressure? Anw we went scootering thereafter n he has to take some time to pick up e balancing. Yes, he's excited abt his early Christmas gift fm daddy n hope it lasts!

Start of swimming class!

It has been a yr since Ian stopped his swimming class (which consists of his cousins) n aft much persuasion he has agreed to go back swimming (with much reluctance) n past few Fridays have either been rainy or e kids r not well n so on e haji PH marks his 1st lesson. Well well he din look too relaxed with coach Ernest n mama had to talk to him b4 things start getting better. Hmm let's hope he's really ok aft e prep talk as really hope to see him swim soon. Just glad e coach is fine to hv him back!

Our 1st family picnic

We intended to attend a SSO symphony at botanical gardens this evening but ended up it was e wrong day, it's supp to b tmr but it turned out to b a pleasant experience as we weren't sure if we could stay thru w a crawling Joann.

We were there early n found a nice patch n set up our dinner stuff. Was kindof nice coz instead of being at noisy eating pl, we could sit together n enjoy e food together. Well only Joann had a Gd meal coz she was really famished n enjoyed her porridge while we saw some pple playing frisbee on e field. When we settled her dinner, she started ' wandering' ard, not quite a big pc of picnic mat coz she din fancy e grass. So starting picking our food haha n also stretching out to pluck weeds out.

The last we recalled we had a picnic as a family was b4 Joann was born n we were seated there watching okto junior ambassador contest. Wow now we have a crawly toddler w us, how it has changed our lives hee but well Ian enjoyed e picnic tho, away fm e hustle of life n we could hear each other really clearly n Joann of course since we r all at e same level. Ian requested to do it next wk again, sure since we don't hv dinner appt on sat n we don't need a symphony to get us to go picnic again but we will b back better prepared, at least a frisbee or ball to play as Ian was so glued to e pple playing frisbee right in front of our sight. What a lovely picnic n we r glad e symphony wasn't tonite coz e heavy rain soon came n we would hv missed it anw. Got a nice pic together ya w photoshop mama's face in hee coz all looked so happy w e picnic. N there was Ian later dancing w e picnic mat which was small but was just nice to contain us 4!!! Back from legoland fun

Since we did e annual pass during sep hols, Ian has been asking when r we going in n he knows e date but w e Sch concert that just passed, he seemed to hv forgotten abt it n was so delighted to know that we r going aft his music class on sun. Yes, going in late on sun n to meet ah mu's family for dinner n get stuff b4 checking into tune hotel for e nite's rest.

Well e kids were so excited abt e fun, they woke up real early n well we couldn't go in till it's open at 10am n our v 1st visit to legoland so it was new to our family. Just tried some rides n then move on. Weather was cloudy n hot at times n e crowd seem to come in more at noon. Well morning, we went driving Sch, boat ride, pharaoh's revenge, the kingdom's shoot-out n roller coaster. The queue was getting longer n just had to move on with each ride n got quite stuck at built n test where e kids get to make cars n test n compete whose can b resilient n fast. We then went on to watch 4D show- the spell breaker. Then went for a few more rides n rgen e express train n miniland b4 going e aqua area. Hmm soon was e end of 1st day n got back to rest for 2nd day.

The 2nd day we got e kids to choose what they liked n we could re-visit n this time we r more experienced hee coz e crowd comes in later so we quickly go the rides that had to queue n yeah we did boat ride n driving 1st then went our fav shooting game hee think we went round at least 5 times coz there were hardly anyone. Then e kids liked e Beatle bounce which they din try yest. Then e boys went w mummy n daddy for dragon's apprentice n we went 3 rounds coz the boys loved it. Yes, roller coaster lovers! Then went for e horsey rides n then was built n test again. Good for shades n air con. Had lunch n then went 4D show again coz realized there were 3 diff shows so we went for racers n clutch power today n got foam n water on us all! Then was more rides as we checked out e aqua rides n then e boys went for a diff roller coaster project X. Well they r getting more daring in their choices n were totally reluctant to go back but it's time to end e fun but would b back but truly glad e weather was so Gd else we could hv missed out more fun n best of all, had a good company to do the stuff together! Yes, back to life n not Legos only hee

Ian's Sch concert

It's e time of e yr but another mth b4 Sch closes n e concert is here. Well e rehearsals hv been going on some Gd time n this yr it's held at salvation army bishan as e Sch intake is increasing n e church auditorium can't take all.

Anw yest was full dress rehearsal n e kids have been hyped up abt being fit for e event, don't rem last yr was so much maybe coz at that time just ended confinement n Ian was on Sch bus so dun get so much 'news' abt e concert.

Tdy was e day n it's always nice to attend e concert except this yr Joann is more active n can't keep her still for e whole time but she was Gd. She napped during e speeches ie she din make any unnecessary noises n then was e performances n she was munching away n enjoying e show! N there is seating arrangement w tics issued n they arranged parents w kids on mezzanine which was Gd so noise is contained at upper level n we got e 1st row seats so we could view everything wo any block n even video-Ed hee

This yr's theme is in line with what they hv been learning abt e earth, environment, recycle n stuff. Ian's class was performing a song dance 同一个家 n was kindof nice dress like pageboy haha or waitor. Anw prefer this dressing to some tshirt only. Yes, e song is abt e mother earth n how we ought to save it. All e songs all in line with this theme n finale song was 'save my world' n yeah v Gd performance done by all n every yr, this just v much affirms our choice of pre-school, seeing how much fun e kids hv n how much Ian enjoys being on stage with his friends n how much pride he took in making sure his steps were so precise. Good job, our boy. Just can't wait to see u in e gown n mortar board next yr!

Ian is 5 yrs n 7 mths old

It has been a mth full of ups n downs. We had quite a fair bit of bday parties which included our dear Joann's. A very much anticipated one by her dear gor2 who has been counting down to it since he knew abt a mth ago that daddy got a chalet booking for e party. Yes, he went high over e big house n all e parties on. Wonder issit coz he is getting more mischievous or that his sis is always ard to pick on his stuff, he starts disturbing his dear sister, yes a pat on her hand when she touches his stuff or pulling her legs to refrain her fm moving n we only see that when there is no one else playing with him. Time to teach him to love his sister. Aye, tough tough n aft seeing how e other cousins also pick on Joann, perhaps it's tough playing with a baby who is always destroying things hmm

The downs for e month would b e times Ian has been ill. Yes, quite an unexpected bad wheezing came just b4 his sister's bday. Just need to keep checking on that. N a wk later, he came down with a fever. He hasn't got a fever for really long so caught us unaware coz he looked really fine ESP it took place over a wkend only. Well children's day n outing also took place in e month n quite a busy month as all our wkends were filled! Well another busy month ahead b4 e Sch term n Sch yr ends!

Alot monkeying goes on daily with his sister n yes, a picture of his sister in po2's trolley as he turns her round n round. Well sibling fun is brewing for a 2nd yr!

Auntie Yijie's bday party

Lately been attending quite a fair bit of bday parties but today was a 'special' one coz it's not a kiddo but an adult's hee.

Kindof fun for all since e adults could talk over food n lots of home made stuff like roast beef n home, pumpkin n mushroom soup, german cheese cake n scones, macaroons n tartlets. It was yummy food but kiddos were busy with e huge house. Anw there was a piñata for them to play. Yeah e kiddos took turns to hit it but Ian was abit scare off by e older kids as was kindof 'violent' so requested not to play as was afraid he might hit someone anw but he joined in e scramble for e 'loot' hee yeah came home w a bag of it! Well he loved e party n din quite wanna leave e pl but well all Gd things must come to an end n wishing auntie Yijie a blessed bday ya!

Great to b outdoors

It's been some time we had such outdoor family time. Guess past few wks we hv been busy with events n tdy e boy is happy to b out with his bike n even cycling up n down e Alexandra canal brought so much cheer to him n we were racing up n down e canal. The little sister is envious of the 'freedom' he has to b on e bike. She can't talk but looking at her expressions n her hands reaching to e gor2 tells it all. Our girl, ur time will come!
