His 1st mc ever but....

...it's not presented to teacher. Yes, Ian's 1st mc ever in his life. He has been ever asked if he needs mc in his Kindy days but we din need it n for once in his life, he knows he need a doc's letter to b absent fm Sch n was 'happy' to hv it. 

He was down w runny nose on sat aft attending a church wedding n then cough came on sun aft his enrichment class. Doc gathered he caught a virus sigh coz it's been so long since we last visited the doc n this time the virus came so fast we had to see doc coz no more med for him. Ian knows he needs a doc's letter to miss Sch as his teachers kept telling them that n so he thot it's tough to get the letter haha. We wanted to bring him on mon nite but daddy says wait coz got med n if tue am he is real bad then we go see 1 n then the boy got scared n said what if doc doesn't give him letter then he would b late for Sch haha. Welcome into the world of mc, it's no wonder he was so happy w the mc last nite coz he finally lay his hands on 1 but his cough is kindof mild, he only occasional cough n he feels well to go Sch so his 1st mc is not used haha. Just hope we don't get more of this. Certainly hoping a healthier route ahead for him!

Ian is 6 yrs n 10 mths old

It's been a mth since we came back fm aust n a wk since Sch started. Ya these are the milestones that hv past for our family. Once a kid starts Sch, it seems like the whole family starts Sch. Ian is quite used to waking up early but sometimes daddy has to wake him n now Joann has joined us as well. 1st wk she slept past the noise of us preparing Ian for Sch n this wk she joined us as soon as she spotted light n goes bed early w Ian too. Hmm it really takes a village to raise a child haha

Past mth has been playtime for Ian coz he's entering proper Sch. Guess the walks to po2's pl w mei2 is a thing only done during hols n both like to race up n down the streets sigh n all the squabbles at home coz it's hols will cease coz he's back in Sch. Joann does say 'gor2 goes Sch' when she thinks of her huh so sweet huh but why can't play harmoniously when together? 

Hmm n Ian is back into building Lego in the hols n started making vehicles. N his all time fav sylvanian family with the Christmas gift dayi has given him. N past mth he also did 500 pieces jigsaw puzzle w mama n he seemed quite Gd w puzzle n that was a gift for dayi hee. Guess he's all grown up n he loves puzzles since young. Christmas has gone, Sch has started. Next is cny coming up n then his 7th bday. Oh he's growing up too fast!

1st day of pri school life

The day has arrived when our son goes pri 1. Well he started getting nervous abt going Sch yest n could tell on his face b4 he went to bed. He woke up really early to ask mama what time was it (hoping he wasn't late for Sch haha) n yes, his daddy will continue to send him to Sch (b4 going to work) as mei2 was still zz back home. 

Daddy took lve today to cheer him on his 1st day of Sch. Both took a walk to Sch n were 'welcomed' by lots of pple at Sch. Ian was quickly ushered to his class n had form teachers ard. Ah mu spotted Seth's teacher who turned out to b Ian's teacher as well. Guess it was easy for Ian to know the teacher as Seth did tell her abt his cousin. Guess they both shared an unique surname to be identified. Then was hall time where much briefing was given then to class. 

Well well then was recess time for us to visit the boy with his p5 buddy. The boy took Gd care of Ian, even time checked Ian to finish his recess stuff n brought him to toilet n back to class. We did capture much pic of him in class b4 they started class time. 

Well pick up time was chaotic but Gd that Ian was fast in spotting us n came out quite smoothly. Dayi even came to cheer the boy on. Thanks for coming. Well the boy has much to share abt his 1st day but glad he's happy abt Sch n think his nervousness has gone away aft knowing how the routine goes. Well Gd start to pri Sch life n yes, it's gonna b 6 yrs on! Thanks for praying for Ian for his 1st day at Sch. Still lots to adapt but we are sure God will lead him...
