Ian's 39 mths old

Yet another has passed and this mth Ian's started napping in the living room and he loves sleeping there since its a diff env from the room and he seems to be happy to know he's old enough to be off diapers coz he knows only babies wear diapers but well for the nite, he is saying mama is not waking up to bring him to toilet...well that one we can wait a while more since he's now happily on his sheep bed....and here is a pic of him his usual 'exercise' with his milk bottle cap before nap, he will clip it with the toes and then bring it up and then with his other leg's toes meeting it and then balancing the cover....wonder how he came up with this 'stunt' but well its just telling us that his abs is so gd in keeping his legs up while he drinks his milk =) what an 'exercise' hahaa

This mth, Ian has been most excited abt Sun Sch esp this new song he has learnt from Sun Sch, its 'Every move I make in you' where the actions taught is somewhat quite hip hehehee and he will always dance back at home and then ask mama how to sing...hhmm well we dun attend Sun Sch with him so dun quite know the actions but he is happy when he can dance with Seth and Joy....and here's a pic of him posing to get ready to sing the song at Sun Sch and ah mu was so nice in capturing the pic from me....guess he's looks quite 'cool' with that pose as mama's friend who is teaching this song at Sun Sch told me Ian looked quite cool with that pose hahaaa....yaya next time his sch will have an enrichment class for hip hop dance and at 1st was thinking if he will adapt well but lately seeing how he's dancing to the music makes us think maybe he will love that class hahaa....lately on tv there is an advert with the song 'I wanna nobody nobody BUT u' and this makes him real happy to hear the song and will sing and dance with the song hahaa

Another thing he had his 1st stint at Sun Sch was collecting offering....for some time he has been envying the older kids being able to hold the offering bags, yes back at home he even 'pretend' holding an offering bag and asking mama and daddy to put our offering into the bag (that's the extent he was envious of others being able to do the task) and last Sun ah mu told us that Ian was being 'volunteered' by a teacher who noted he hasn't been at it before and guess that brings much cheer to the boy as he stood up with much gusto to do the task till he forgot to put his own offering into the bag and was even shy to approach 'new friends' who were there that wk as he only went to familiar faces hahaa..well his 1st try at it and will see more of him at it I guess =)

This week, he surprised mama when he wrote a letter C asking if this is the letter C....slowly he's learning how to write the letters and now he's so curious to know whose name starts with what letter so he will always be asking whose name starts with W, C, D.....and when he knows dog starts with D, he will exclaim to daddy, hey dog shares the same letter as u, daddy.....hhmm its interesting to see how he's learning his letters esp he will tell us that he's G coz he is a GOOD boy....hahaa then we will tell him he is N coz he is a NAUGHTY boy or he is L coz he's LAZY coz sometimes he doesn't wanna walk....guess this makes his learning of alphabet coming ALIVE since he uses these words in his daily life! We even teased Ian saying his name stands for I Am Naughty heheee

Sun Sch started this scheme of 'encouraging' the kids to come to Sun Sch early and since daddy has 'duty' on certain wks so we have been early on some occasions when Ian's awake early and we could make it out of our home early....so the scheme has just started some wks and Ian has gotten the GOLDEN sash for 2 times already...this wk managed to capture a shot with his sash and he even posed for mama to capture this photo hahaa quite girly and he doesn't quite like it coz its always getting off his shoulders (guess its too BIG) well guess we dun have quite a choice to be early hehee but he's happy to be there and having NO sun sch makes him real upset sigh...dunno how to 'console' him on that part gotta find stuff for him to do on such wks

we visited the pinnacles the last Sun as our friends are finally getting their reno done and soon we will be visiting their housewarming and Auntie Amanda was nice to even invite us to visit them during NDP coz their 39th storey unit shld be able to view the fireworks....yes, Ian's keen for the fireworks but not too close I guess...for the time being he's happy with their new playground and he's been exploring so much at their place's playground and heard the 26th storey sky bridge has playground as well and Ian's waiting to go that playground when they bring their access card.....nice place with cool 50th storey sky garden....gd to have friends staying there so we could drop by anytime since its quite near our place =)

Now this boy sure knows where he is going and when we drive into our place and he will be so sad asking why we have to go home as he wanna go out and play....sigh what an un-homely boy hehee anw he's now so excited to go HOTEL and last wk he even asked dayi when we are going HOTEL and he wants HOTEL....Ian, ur daddy dun earn so much to go hotel every other day hehee well some trips coming up so wait patiently =p

This mth, Ian had his 1st visit to the art museum...tho he had went to 1 before, he was still too young to appreciate and this time he was really game to try the stuff with his cousins and most imptly, we were glad he was able to let go of mama and daddy when he was off to the museum, guess the last time we had such separate moments was the last NDP which was almost 1 yr ago, just glad he's not getting back his separation anxieties but he's really comfy with ah mu and family so we are glad we could find pple to babysit Ian if there is a need to =)
